Fees, Insurance and Payment
My practice philosophy involves devoting as much time as clinically appropriate and necessary, tailored to the individual needs of a given patient. I therefore do not participate in or accept payment from any commercial health insurance plans (including Medicaid or Medicare), which impose restrictions on the type of treatment offered or the amount of time we are able to spend on your care. Payment for services is required in full by cash or check at the time of visits. Patients with out-of-network insurance benefits may be entitled to reimbursement by their health insurer, and I am happy to provide a billing statement that can be submitted for partial reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully to determine your out-of-network benefits.
If you do not keep a scheduled appointment, I require at least 24 hours' notice in advance, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the missed appointment.
